Send photos of your brows BEFORE booking to have a consult and learn about what service is best for you. This consult is FREE of charge. You may email your photos to info@hausofarches.com. After your consultation, you may book online for your service.

Microblading on Virgin skin only. No previous PMU (Permanent Make-Up) work for microblading.

Saline tattoo removal may be suggested before certain work.

If booking is done previously to consult and not approved beforehand, the booking fee will be refunded and the appointment will be canceled.

Any work done is approved between practioner and client. Client will be aware of any work done is at the discretion of both the practioner and the client.

ANY medicines and vitamins can cause an interference with ink and retention. Please know that upon booking.

Poor retention may also result if aftercare is not properly followed.

Your practioner will go over any and all care and provide aftercare products for you.

You will leave knowledgeable of how to care for your brows at the end of your appointment.

Do you have any allergies?

Have you ever received microblading or other cosmetic tattoos?

Do you currently have any blemishes, cuts, irritation, or infections on your face?

Do you have any moles, raised areas, or prior or current piercings in eyebrow area?

Have you had any recent medical procedures?

Do you have any chronic medical conditions?

Are you pregnant or nursing?

Do you have diabetes?

Do you have a vascular or cardiovascular condition?

Do you have eczema, psoriasis around the eyes, or have you had a recent eye surgery?

Have you received Botox injections in the last 30 days?

Do you have any skin conditions?

Do you have oily skin?

Do you use skincare products with Retin-A, Retinols, or Vitamin A?

Have you used Accutane or been treated for acne in the last year?

Are you on any blood-thinning medications, like Aspirin?

Have you had any facial procedures done in the last 30 days?
